How does fax work without a fax machine?
SupaFax connects you to a real fax network (the same one big companies use). Your document gets converted to a fax signal and delivered to any fax number in the world. The receiver sees a normal fax.
Is there really no subscription?
Yes. Your first fax is free, and after that you pay for the fax you are sending — $0.99 for a single page, up to $6.99 for a long one — and nothing at all in a month you do not fax. Unlimited is there if you send often, and it is entirely optional.
How much is a longer fax?
The price is set by page count and shown before you send, cover page included: 1 page, $0.99; 2–5 pages, $1.99; 6–10 pages, $2.99; 11–25 pages, $3.99; 26–50 pages, $6.99. You are never charged a base price plus a per-page surcharge.
Can I receive faxes too?
Yes. A dedicated fax number is $6.99 a month, less on a longer term, and it is included in the $99.99/year plan alongside unlimited sending. Incoming faxes arrive as PDFs in the app.
Is the first fax really free?
Yes — one fax up to 1 page, on us, once per account. There is no card required to send it and nothing starts renewing afterwards.
What countries can I fax to?
US, Canada, and 50+ countries worldwide. Most international faxes work; rates vary by destination.
Is my document secure?
Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and not stored after delivery. Apple and Google handle payment processing — we never see your card.
What if my fax fails?
You're not charged for failed faxes. We retry automatically. If it still fails, you get notified and not billed.
